From the moment you accept the proposal to the moment you walk down the aisle and say "I do", Delightful Details will be there with you every step of the way!  From start to finish, we can assist in planning the perfect wedding for you - guiding you along the way so that no detail is left behind.  We are ready to help turn your dreams into reality!

What’s all included:

  • Complimentary consultation
  • Bi-monthly and Monthly of face-to-face planning meetings, plus unlimited phone and email communication for the duration of your wedding
  • Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites with client, upon booking the venue and then the month prior to the wedding day
  • Includes "Dreaming up Perfect" Design Planning and "Don't Stress" Day of Coordination

Planning

  • Budget Development and Management
  • Monthly emails with planning checklists, timelines and worksheets, to help keep us on track
  • Assist with venue space plan and table layout
  • Guidance of etiquette and logistics
  • Assistance with choosing wedding attire and accessories and accompany to fittings, if desired
  • Help with RSVP tracking and who will be attending your wedding
  • Vendor referrals and vendor selection, in case you are still looking for that perfect person but haven’t been able to locate them
  • Scheduling vendor meetings and accompany client to those meetings
  • Help with booking vendors, understanding contracts and reading the “fine print”
  • Assist with menu and beverage planning
  • Determine rental needs and help locate rental companies or companies to purchase items
  • Customized ceremony and reception timelines for your wedding

Design Planning

  • Planning meeting for overall vision, style, color palette and theme
  • Develop a “Inspiration” board via Pinterest for your viewing and make changes until we get it “just right”
  • Complete table mock-up of speciality items such as linen choices, chair coverings and decor elements
  • Assist in choosing save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menus, guest place cards and other coordinating paper products
  • Assist in choosing guest favors, if desired
  • Floral Design Concept for all aspects of your wedding from the bouquets, the centerpieces and the ceremony
  • Assist in locating companies to either rent or purchase specialty decor items that fit with your overall theme and vision

Your Vendors

  • Confirm contract details and arrival times, over the phone one week and one day prior to your wedding
  • Contact and confirm delivery, setup, payments and expectations with all vendors
  • Coordination and delivery of any vendor final payments that are needed on the wedding day
  • Instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding day

Rehearsal

  • Attendance and instruction at the rehearsal, up to 1 hour
  • Make sure your Bridal Party knows when and where they are to be on the wedding day and answer any questions that they may have
  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on your wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

On Your Wedding Day

  • We will be the first to arrive at your venue to greet vendors, give direction and answer any questions
  • Supervision and help with venue setup of both the ceremony and reception sites
  • Ensure all details are in place just the way you envisioned it
  • Assist with handing out wedding flowers: pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, make sure Bride and Bridesmaids receive bouquets
  • Direct ushers with guest seating and program distribution during the ceremony
  • Assist guests and answer any questions, as needed
  • Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle - ensuring flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress train is straight
  • Help photographer by making sure family members and wedding party are available and in place for photography
  • Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dances (Bride & Groom, Father & Daughter and Mother & Son), Toasts, Bouquet & Garter Tosses and Cake Cutting
  • Greeting you and your beloved with your favorite drink and appetizers, as you arrive at your reception
  • Ensure that the Bride & Groom get time to sit down, relax and enjoy dinner
  • Provide a well-equipped “Wedding Survival Kit” for the use of the Bride, Wedding Party and Family Members
  • Includes an assistant for the day of the wedding (additional assistants dependent upon guest count, scope of work needed and if there are multiple locations, for an additional fee)
  • On-site coordination and management of the entire wedding day, from setup to clean up (if needed), up to 12 hours

 

"Picking up the Pieces" Partial Planning

This is perfect for the Bride and Groom that started planning their wedding and now needs help to finish.  We pick up where you left off and handle all the rest of the planning - whether you need help finding more vendors, bringing all the details together for a cohesive look or just can't keep up with daily life and planning a wedding - we are here to help!

What's all included:

  • We customize a detailed "action plan" for you and begin planning, you will receive many of the same services provided in the Full Planning option, we pick up where you left off

"Don't Stress" Day of Coordination

Investment starts at $600*

Don’t stress in your wedding dress!  This package is a “peace of mind” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and just needs help bringing all the details together and executing the wedding day.  Let us take all the stress of your wedding day away while you and your loved ones can relax and not have to worry about the little things!

What’s all included:

  • Complimentary consultation
  • Up to four hours of face-to-face planning meetings, plus unlimited phone and email communication during the month leading up to your wedding
  • Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites with client, the month prior to the wedding day

Planning

  • Assist with venue space plan and table layout
  • Guidance of etiquette and logistics
  • Vendor referrals, in case you are still looking for that perfect person but haven’t been able to locate them

This is the ideal package for the Bride that wants to plan her own wedding but wants help creating a cohesive look from the ceremony to the reception and all other design details.  Our creative design team loves dreaming up concepts, ideas and you will begin your wedding planning off right with your dream and the steps needed to achieve it.

  • Unlimited contact via email and phone
  • Planning meeting for overall vision, style, color palette and theme
